Module for assessing the level of emergency hazard

The module provides an integrated assessment of the level of emergency hazard based on a comparison of the parameters of the technological process with regulatory and design constraints, taking into account data from gas contamination sensors, as well as information on depressurization of pipelines, apparatus and equipment. The module integrates data from all modules of the intelligent control system.


Unscheduled shutdown threat assessment module

The module provides an integrated assessment of the threat of a plant shutdown due to system and equipment failures, interruption (restriction) of the supply of raw materials and resources, as well as the impossibility of fulfilling regulatory restrictions due to various factors.


The module for monitoring the efficiency of the installation

The module determines the level of efficiency of the plant operation based on the comparison of current indicators with the best possible indicators, taking into account the following conditions, factors and restrictions: composition of raw materials, plant loading, weather conditions, the capabilities of cooling systems, the range of output products, quality requirements, regulatory restrictions, weekend cost specifications products and resources.


Output product quality monitoring module

The module carries out on-line monitoring of the quality of the output products based on the data of flow analyzers, as well as virtual sensors of the SUUTP
