The dynamic mathematical model of the technological process

The most important component of the simulator complex is a mathematical model of the technological process, which allows to accurately simulate the technological process in regular, off-nominal and emergency situations.
T-Soft has accumulated considerable experience in the development of mathematical models. This makes it possible to reproduce the dynamics of the technological process as accurately as possible, which ensures that the personnel have the right skills to manage the facility (either unit or shop) in various situations.
The extensive bank of high-precision models approved by T-Soft allows to simulate any technological process of the oil refining and chemical industry.

Custom-tailored approach to the selection of the technological process model

When developing the simulator, it is the mathematical model of the process optimal for the balance of accuracy and speed that is formed. In this case, each type of apparatus (column, heat transfer unit, recipient, etc.) can be described in general by several models or several modifications of one model with different ratios of accuracy / speed indicators.
The T-Soft model bank allows selecting the optimal modification of the mathematical model of each apparatus for a specific task.
When choosing a particular model, the following factors are taken into account:

  • the intended use of the CPC;
  • function of the apparatus in the production line (main or supplemental);
  • list of process parameters controlled by the operator;
  • the need to monitor the internal parameters in the apparatus, characterizing the safety of its operation;
  • the need to control the order of work on the device (for example, the order of starting the pump, the schedule of starting the compressor, etc.).
